All elastics used in underwear production are tested for initial tension, recovery after 30 wash cycles, and skin comfort. We source branded knit-in waistband elastic from specialist elastic manufacturers – not off-the-shelf stock elastic with a print applied afterwards. The difference is visible and palpable.
