Customization: All our products are created from scratch according to the client’s specifications. No pre-designed items or ready-made fabrics are stocked. This includes products such as T-shirts, hoodies, leggings, jackets, leather goods, uniforms, kids’ apparel, and more.
Order Process: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review your order confirmation carefully for accuracy, as any changes after confirmation may require additional charges.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on materials, complexity, and the size of the order. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to production commencing.
Minimum Order Quantities: Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply and will be communicated at the time of quoting.
Structure: Depending on the total order amount, payments may be broken into installments as agreed upon in writing between you and Swift Apparel.
Deposit: A deposit is required before production begins. The deposit amount will be specified in your order confirmation.
Additional Charges: Any additional revisions, design changes, or amendments beyond what is agreed upon may incur additional costs, which will be communicated in advance.

Delivery Times: Delivery timelines are estimates only. Custom design services and bulk orders generally have turnaround times between 25–30 business days from approval of final design and receipt of deposit. Delays due to external factors (e.g., customs, shipping carrier delays, natural events) are outside of our control.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipping to their country.
Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Custom Orders: Since all products are custom-made to your specifications, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a confirmed defect in workmanship or materials.
Warranty: A 15-day warranty period is offered on all products, starting from the date you receive the products. Defective items will be replaced free of charge upon verification of the defect.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and are subject to review and approval by Swift Apparel. Manufacturing and shipping costs are non-refundable. Any eligible refund of remaining balance will be processed within [X] business days.

You have obtained all necessary consents to submit any personal data contained in your Contributions.
By submitting any Contributions to us (including artwork, logos, and design files), you grant Swift Apparel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process those Contributions solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We do not claim ownership of your Contributions. You retain full ownership of your submitted designs and intellectual property.
